On March 16 major confrontation on Novorossia unfolded in the political plane around the bill amending the law on the special status of Donbass, initiated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics are asserting in one voice that the document, at least, does not meet the requirements of Minsk Agreement, and generally it is viable at all. Under that logic the introduction of this bill by the Ukrainian side is performed "for show" and Ukraine will not conduct no real action for constitutional reform, which would satisfy the republics.

It's not my military decision to make, but there should be special people's spetznaz units deployed in city districts to respond immediately to incidents like this. With extra weapons with which to arm the residents. When the AFU deliberately murders peaceful civilians like this, the military vehicle should be halted and burned, and those who survive taken to the nearest wall and summarily shot. Let me play Captain Obvious and ask where was the OSCE? One Dobass child is worth a battalion of these AFU scum. They in no way deserve to be called "soldiers".
