MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe still registers use of heavy weaponry in those areas of eastern Ukraine from where it was to have been pulled out, Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug.

The OSCE official expressed regrets that the ceasefire had been repeatedly violated in Shirokino, a village east of the port city of Mariupol, and near it.

He also said the Special Monitoring Mission would be sending patrols to Shirokino more often if weaponry was withdrawn from there together with troops and security was guaranteed to OSCE officers.
