In locality Peski a clash between Ukrainian military and volunteer battalion of the OUN took place

The militants from the volunteer battalion of the OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalsists) were faced with an ultimanum delivered to them by the command of the 93rd brigade of Ukrainian Aarmy: to turn in the arms and immediately leave their positions, wrote Bohdan Tytskyi, a militant from the OUN battalion on his page in Facebook.

Later volunteer Roman Donik, who witnessed the event, wrote in his microblog in Twitter that the problem was settled and the battalion would take part in coordinative training for the fulfillment of the tasks in accordance with the Ukrainian Army standards. Earlier the General Staff of Ukrainian Armed Forces demanded that the battalions had to disarm by April 1st. As it is known, the troopers of the battalion have been dislocated in locality Peski for a period of eight months already. During this period from this area about several hundred tons of missiles, shells and mines had been fired on Donetsk that resulted in many civilian casualties and great damage to the infrastructure and industry of Donbass. The OUN battalion is one of the last non-legalized armed formations along with the Right Sector. It had to enter the composition of the 93rd brigade of the National Guard, which was the force that surrounded the militants and demanded that they turned in the arms.
