MOSCOW, May 13. /TASS/. Pro-Kiev forces continue building up heavy armaments in the zone of conflict, Eduard Basurin, a deputy chief commander of the corps at the Defense Ministry of the Donetsk People’s Republic told reporters on Wednesday.

"Intelligence services of the DPR self-defense forces have registered movements of BM-21 multiple rocket launcher systems, infantry combat vehicles, and self-propelled artillery mounts towards the line of contact," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him. "There’s data on an increase in the number of mobile hospitals."

Basurin also pointed out intensification of activity of subversive groups, which again used mortars as they shelled residential districts towns and villages.

As stipulated by the Comprehensive Measures for Implementation of the Minsk Accords that were signed on February 12, the ceasefire in Donbas officially took effect on February 15. The pullback of heavy weaponry from the line of contact in Donbas was to begin on February 16/17 at the latest and to complete within fourteen days.
